'Upbeat' is delivered in one-to-one or small group sessions. It is a creative, cost-effective and sustainable way of helping to address issues of low self-esteem, lack of skills and any record of positive achievement when applying for a job.

 

Participants referred by local partners learn technical skills such as editing, production, vocal coaching and how to play instruments as well as transferable skills such as teamwork and self-discipline. 

 

They obtain AQA Awards and perform their work at showcase events held throughout the year.
